This year’s conference theme is GROWING YOUR EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. Many of us have had to learn recovery amid a disaster. At this year's conference, we will cover programs and technology and their impacts on the future of emergency management programs. The conference will be trying out a new format this year: Day 1 is a full day – 2 8-hour class options (0800-1700); Day 2 is a full day like normal conference (1000-1700); Day 3 is a 3/4 day (0800-1500).  The second day will have 3 breakout sessions: CISM Overview - How to Request & What They Do, New State System (replacement of WebEOC), and Pros and Cons of Artificial Intelligence in Emergency Management. We are lining up some dynamic speakers for the morning sessions and will have vendors there on days 2 and 3.
